  • Vray 3.5 Beta 2 - Some scenes render completely black

    I just installed beta 2 and found that some scenes render completely black. I uninstalled beta 2 and installed beta 1 back for a moment to see if they'll render fine again. They did.

    I'll send these scenes for examination shortly.

    Ok, I just sent the scenes. Hopefully it's easy to figure out the problem.

      There is a known issue with scenes with set White Balance and saved with Beta 1 and opened in Beta 2. Check your VFB - the WB is reset to 0 in your scenes.
      If it was that easy, it would have already been done

        Oops... Yes, this was the issue. I've overlooked this small detail, should have been more observant. Thanks for pointing it out.
