Joker Martini updates to plugins?

I bought their Randomizer plugin which they say has free updates, however the one I bought does not have one for Max 22 that is available to download, though it has been updated on the store page.
I tried several times to contact them but they do not respond.
Do they have a reputation for this?

I can get around it of course, but would rather just have the updated version....

Have you tried their Facebook page. From my experience, when a developer or company ignores me, a quick message on Facebook gets their attention really quickly.

I've had similar issues. I think he's just busy. I rebought the plugin for a few bucks to just get it over with and billed the client for it.

Yes, he was just busy around the time I initially asked - but he responded and got me updated ultimately
