  • Licensing problems

    I was using Vray trial with Rhino 5.0 evaluation. I then purchased a license from Novedge,(online license) about two days ago, and I received an email saying "Welcome to my Workstation license". etc. However, when I access my online account from that link, to my existing login, it says "ONLINE LICENSES EXPIRE SOON: V-Ray for Rhino 3.0 (Sun Feb 25 201, V-Ray App SDK 3.0 (Sun Feb 25 201, V-Ray Render Node 3.0 (Sun Feb 25 201" I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the license server as well as deactivating and then re-activating it. And restarting.

    Apparently it still thinks I'm using an evaluation version? Would it be possible to have someone follow up to see whether my license has successfully transacted correctly with Chaos Group, and if so, is it correctly attached to my account? Thank you....
