Could not obtain an interface license (-200) With offline license

I borrowed a license and uploaded offline.bin to my license server and it shows I have an interface license available offline. But when I start to render using Vray, it gives me an error that says
Error: Could not obtain an interface license (-200): -200: The ChaosGroup License Server could not be reached. //
What did I miss?

Im having a similar problem....Maya crash and it chewed up my vray license. This was about 4 hrs ago and its a work day for me. Emailed support but nothing back. Basically sacked my day off because of this licensing nonsense.
