How to purchase before a trial ends? Chaosgroup won't respond to emails.

Forwarded it to our secretary and she has emailed Chaosgorup twice with no response. Any suggestions?

I?m sorry about the late reply but I would like to investigate why you haven?t got a reply from our side.
Would it be possible to provide more information how and when did you contact us, did you receice any automatic or human reply after all and etc?
Customers are our most valueable asset and our main goal is to serve them in th best possible way and clearly not receiving a reply from our side is not acceptable. If it?s out fault we want to find out why it happened and to ensure it won?t happen again.
