Migrating Dongle License Not Working!!!

HI,
I am migrating our dongle license to the online server and the web page is just spinning and saying 'Migrating your licenses, please wait' can someone tell me how long this takes as at the time of writing this it has been over 1/2 hour?

I can see in our system that your licenses have now been successfully migrated to your online licensing account.

We are looking into those cases when the migration takes longer than the usual several minutes.
