Yup. And Autodesk invested in Conductor. Google bought Zync a while ago. Microsoft bought GreenButton (and in a typical MS fashion, buried it). The big guys are definitely gearing for a fight

With the Amazon acquisition, who knows... it will take a while for the dust to settle, I guess. It depends more on Thinkbox than on us.
