  • Adaptive Light Data in LC invalid and can not be used (3.60.04)

    Hi guys

I have a LC file calced with Adv CPU, that I'm attempting to re-use with RT GPU CUDA, but that is the error I'm getting.
Do they use different data and I would need to re-calculate?
    Kind Regards,
    Morne

This is info message, not warning. The Adv collects a bit different data in the light cache compared to what V-Ray GPU needs. This means that some (small) part of the light cache will be collected on the GPU, because it wasn?t found in the light cache file.

You can ignore that and use it as-is, it will be fine. Alternatively, don?t use Adv to compute light caches, that are going to be used for V-Ray GPU.
