VRay NEXT installer does not launch - Mac OS 10.10.5

Attempting to install a NEXT render node trial on a Mac Pro, 10.10.5. Installer (vray_adv_40403_maya2018_mavericks_x64) does not launch.

Updated the Mac Pro to 10.11.6, still doesn't launch. When trying to launch with Terminal, I get this message: "Incompatible CPU detected! Missing instruction sets: SSE4.2". This is a Mac Pro 3,1, which worked perfectly well as a render node for Vray 3.60.04.

Does this mean that Chaosgroup dropped support for slightly older Mac Pros - machines which worked fine with 3.60.04?

Please check your CPU type and model. Note that the minimum requirements to use V-Ray Next are - Intel® Pentium ® IV or compatible processor with SSE4.2 support. You could check the full list with the system requirements here:
