  • Unable to acquire a V-Ray Licence

    Hey Guys
    I just installed ("successfully") the vray for Revit 2018 for testing, but every time I try to acquire a Licence I get this window message: Unable to acquire a V-Ray Licence ... please see image attached... it also happens with the Licence Server button...since I just have 30 days to try it, every day with this problem means a day less to learn and evaluate... some one please help!!!!

    Hi mariothg,

    Is this 3.50.01 version? Have you used V-Ray for Revit so far?
    Can you make sure that the scenarios from the link below are not valid for you:

      Please check if you are able to see your V-Ray for Revit license when you open in your web browser "localhost:30304" and check if Online licensing is green and Enabled.
      Also please check if your V-Ray client license settings is set to your "localhost" machine:

      Please make a screenshots of the V-Ray license server status page and send it back to us, so that we are sure that your V-Ray for Revit license is available.
      Also please confirm which version of V-Ray did you installed on your machine?
