  • Weird black space on opacue texture

    Hi,

Im trying to make a simple tree with three surfaces. The material is only a diffuse layer with a opacity mask. When i render there is a black space in the bottom of the texture. It moves when i move the camera and it may be locked with the horizon at least partialy.
Everything looks fine during prepass but the black parts appear in the final render.
Any idea on how to solve this?

    I figured it out.

The object behind the tree had a toon material which apparently doesn't work very well with opacue materials

      Hi vizgravity_oy_1,

You are correct, this is a known limitation of our current Toon shader.
We'll work on improving it the future.

In any case, thanks for pointing it out.

      Regards,
      Konstantin
