  • Vray 3.6 hang?

    On both Mac And Windows I find the same error occuring: When trying to stop a render nothing happens, not from the renderimage, nor from the asset editor. Sometimes the counters also behave weird: After prepass and render the stopbutton on the image is grey, the teapot on Asset still says render, while the grey slider underneath seems to move slowly. Only a complete quit remedies this. Vray 3.6

    Hmm, the same here, since yesterday the render seems to hang and unable to stop it. I have to forcequit Sketchup. I hope it doesn't have anything to do with the transfer of my license from dongle to online?

      I render on dongle, unable to stop it on Mac And win. Mails to support sent.

        Apologies for the late reply!

        We are aware of this issue occurring when rendering a high resolution image. This issue has already been addressed and should not be occurring in the upcoming update.

        If anyone else is experiencing the same issue, please me a PM or email at support@chaosgroup.com to provide you with a temporary workaround

            Hello, Lorenzo,

            Have you contacted our Support team for a temporary fix? (Georgi was not available the past 7 days so he probably hasn't looked through his PMs.
            If you still don't have the solution or it doesn't work for you, please let me know!
