Image filter has a role using CUDA RT?

During the RT process I tweaked all possible filters having zero feedback.
The curios thing was that the IPR render restarted.
I was not able to obtain a smoother image
Do the filter work with gpu render?

Is this 3dsMax or Maya, or perhaps another DCC platform?
What filters you've played around and with what V-Ray version?
