  • Generate GI in Vray Properties - does it work with RT CUDA?

I've got some objects that have light material but don't want them to emit GI. First thing I do in these cases with Adv is to go to Vray Properties and disable the "Generate GI" option but it seems that it's not working with RT CUDA? Is there some extra steps one needs to do to make this work in RT or is this feature unsupported?

It's officially unsupported, but I will add it as a request.
If it was that easy, it would have already been done

Thanks for the reply, good to know. I will try with a vray override material with a black vray material in the GI slot. Hopefully this works.
