  • VRay 5 ACES Chromatic Aberration

    Hi,
Is it normal while using ACES color management, the glasses materials using chromatic aberration are getting blue ?

I presume it is normal since it is expected of ACES to make color manipulations.

I can understand that while the ACES mode is active the primaries color switch to ACES mode that explain some changes in the colors, but then the problem is that you can't have white glass anymore if you use chromatic aberration, isn't it a bit weird ?

The issue should be fixed in the latest stable V-Ray 5 for 3ds max build. Update and try it out.
