  • VrayFur Rendering different than viewport.

When rendering an animated scene with VrayFur, the rendered result is not consistent with the viewport display. In this case the bending of the fur (through the Bend direction map) is incorrect (it's bending too much). When rendering with advanced, the results are correct. Does RT generally have problems with Vrayfur? I'm currently on stable 3.50.04

Tested with the most current nightlie 3.60.04 and the problem persists with both CUDA and CPU on RT. The Bend direction map is a VrayColor Material with the greyscale values being animated over time.

Tested with Next Beta 2 and the problem is also present. The results are different than the viewport as well as advanced.

        Hello,

I tried to reproduce it but on a simple scene I get the same result with V-Ray and V-Ray GPU. Can you attach a your scene or a simplified one ?

        Best regards,

Thanks for the scene. Will write back when we find out why the direction differs.
