I don't find a presets feature in RT. It's really useful to store settings for different usage scenarios. Can this be implemented? It shouldn't be that difficult I think, we already have this in the Advanced renderer so why not RT too?

Can you not use the 3ds Max render presets?

Hmm... Actually I just now noticed that there's a built in presets feature in Max. lol How does this compare to the presets feature in Vray Adv. and why & when I should use the Max presets instead of Vray's (excluding the case with RT)?

Initially there wasn't a preset feature in 3ds Max, so we had to develop our own preset system and it kind of stayed around. The 3ds Max one has been there for a while and it is functional, but it is implemented in a different way and some people have found it inconvenient. It also used to be buggy a while back, but it should be better now.

          +1

Yes, just FYI I am finding it more convenient now and it is working better these (2017) days...
