  • Adaptivity also on IPR

    Hi,
I created a simple scene with 100 ies lights.
During the render I noticed that the process was slow after many seconds and the image was very grainy.
After hitting the render button in few seconds the image was super clean in 1/10th of the IPR preview....
    I asked to myself? Why???
Why the IPR can't have the same quality speed???

    regards

It should work fine with the CUDA engine - it supports adaptive lights in ActiveShade mode.

    Best regards,
    Vlado
I only act like I know everything, Rogers.

      I mean IPR not Activeshade.
      I will never use Activeshade.
There a lot of gpu RT functions that don't work in rt, for example all filters. If you want to see the pixel filter applied you have to hit the RENDER button, wait for the completed task and you will get blurred pixel (if you have set area).
I mean I don't want to use anymore the render button, all effects, filters, light optimizations and distributed render must be performed within the IPR window.

      regards
